Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping:
We currently ship to select countries outside the United States. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on location. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at help@alkalinetech.net within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and ensure a replacement or refund is issued if necessary.
