Clean & Clear Essentials Oil Free Acne Toner is formulated with 2 percent salicylic acid to help clear acne and remove pore buildup. This toner penetrates the surface of the skin to help eliminate impurities, blackheads, and excess oil, making it suitable for normal, oily, combination, and acne prone skin types. The lightweight formula contains Pro Vitamin B5 to help maintain hydration and support balanced skin.
This toner is oil free, dye free, fragrance free, and free from parabens and phthalates. It is also vegan and packaged in a bottle made with 50 percent recycled plastic.
